TPMS Question

will TPMS sensors for 2009/10 expedition work with 2007 F150?

To my knowledge, no. I believe they are different frequencies.

Both vehicles use the same sensor.

No they do not. The 07 is a strap mounted sensor. The expedition is a valve stem mounted sensor.
