Look in my album, I had 38x13.5 which is only like .7" taller. I had no rubbing with 11" of lift. I would recommend at least 9" of lift to fit them comfortably

I saw a 07 f150 with bfg at 37x12.50's(small 37, like 36.4") on it with just a leveling kit(stock wheels). No trimming, dude said there wasn't any rubbing.

Well thats what i thought and think they prob rubbed some atleast, but thats a small 37. Seems about the same difference as people putting a 35 on a 9" rim. Had pictures of it but not now.

I've got a 4” rancho, and 3” body lift with 37” tires. I get the occasionall rub when the wheel is turned lock to lock and I hit a driveway or something like it. Nothing is trimmed and its just a pavement pounder. Not much off road. 2002 F150 supercrew.

Here is a leveled 97-03 truck, he trimmed sum but 37's are def possible, especially on the on 2004+ models
