I own a 06 screw, rarely tow but when I do its right at weight 8k and sometimes 10k, I am going to replace my brakes. Who makes a bigger rotor, calliper combo? I have 20" stock KR wheels, so there seems to se plenty of room.
Look at Baer, Brembo, and SSBC. I know those three make some type of big brake upgrade kit for your truck. May be other companies out there that have options, but these would be the big three.
For 2009 the front brake sizes increased. They may fit your front knuckle with a new caliper bracket. If you want stock, ask the Ford dealer if the 09s will fit the 06.

Baer and Brembros web sites suck, SSBC and Wilwood both make kits. SSBC is only a calliper upgrade and the Wilwood is a larger disk and caliper upgrade, both range from $1300-2500, their both way out of my range. I guess it will just be EBC for me then.
