How well do A/T tires handle in snow?

Going from stock Hankook Dynapro A/S. I want some extra tread for winter and would rather get something I can use all year rather than just winter. What's recommended? I don't want anything that looks too offroad-ish and aggressive though.

Thanks!

I use a Goodrich AT KO for my winter tires. They do fine in snow for me. Better that the Goodyear AT/S, or SilentArmor.

I've had toyo's AT on mine. They did great. I'd go with BFG, Nitto or Toyo.

I've had the Firestone Destination ATs for the past 2 winters and they handle quite nicely.

But now the tread is getting worn so I'm planning on picking up some snow tires for the second set of wheels I just picked up.

My Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revos have TEETH in the snow! What's most impressive is the stopping ability when the roads are slippery.

I have BFG A/T's on my 4x4 fullsize Bronco. Taken it to WV in the mountains several times during snow, they did great! They do great in sand too, and pretty good in mud for A/T's! Plus they last forever and mine have worn pretty even and they're quite.

Goodyear Silent Armor Prograde.. great ride and handling all year round and AWESOME in the snow. They're severe snow rated. From my personal experience my list would be...

1.) Goodyear Silent Armor
2.) BFG All Terrain TKO
3.) General Grabber AT2 (alot cheaper but great tire)

This is based on me owning each of these tires, I'm sure there will be people who disagree.. hope this helps

A/T's do great in the snow. That's all I have ran. Right now I have yokohama geolanders and they are a great tire. I have also had great results with bridgstone dueler.
