FX4 Tire?

I have 2006 FX4 with a 2 in level. Looking at the Goodrich T/A KO. Stock rims. Can I go 305 65 18 without rubbing. Also thoughts on the KM2 vs the T/A ko

Thanks

Yes, if you use the OEM wheels. Both are excellent tires. Comes down to whether you need an AT or MT.

bfg's got one of the best, if not the best AT's out there. They also have one of the best MT's too. You can't really compare MTvsAT tho. If your wondering about milage, this is just what i've heard. 80-100k out of bfg at's. I mean i've heard of people tires dry rotting before they were out of tread. I've heard 75k out of the km2's. Hardly any road noise with the at's and they perform well anywhere good road manners. I've heard km2's are quiet. especially for a mt but having never had them i cant speculate too much on them. Just some of what i've heard. One of the two will be my next tire.

I've had several sets of the BFG T/A KOs and have never got more than 50K miles out of them. Two sets on my old '99 F-150 (265/70/17) and one set on my wife's explorer. That being said, BFG is the first tire I will look at when it comes replacement time on my stockers.

I had around 20k on my first set. maybe rotated them once at about 17k and they showed wear but still had around 70-75% it seems. And i only rotated them one time near the end of the 20k. But like i said just mostly going off what i've heard. I've heard ppl get a 100 and tires dry rot before the tread wore out.
