17" to 20" OEM rim & tires swap

I am thinking about switching out my 17" rims with my buddies 20" OEM rims from his FX4. I have a 2007 XLT super crew and he has a 2007 FX4 that he put new rims on. Is there anything else I would need in order to make this swap happen? I've heard talks of a leveling kit but not sure on whether or not it's needed. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Btw, he has the factory Perelli Scorpions with only 10k miles on the 20" rims.

You both will have to have your TPMS reset (aka matching sensors with vehicle). As you both have TPMS, all you need is the reset. Can be done by the dealer or you can buy a reset tool and do it yourself. About $25.
That is with the assumption you also have OE wheels or have aftermarket that the sensor has been moved to the new wheel.

Thanks for the help kingfish! He's had the rims on his truck for quite some time and the 20" OE's were just laying in his garage. Sounds like a fairly straight forward procedure. Thanks again!
