Replacing brakes on 2000 4x4, any tips?

So I'm replacing all the rotors and pads on my 2000 4x4 F150 tomorrow and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips to make the job go smoothly or things to be cautious about?

I've searched for guides online and have really only found two:

http://www.07fx4.com/urls/brakes This one has good pictures and info but its for a newer model. Is the process basically the same?

http://www.ford-trucks.com/article/i...2003_F150.html This one is for a truck similar to mine but the explanation isn't really that clear.

I've heard the stories about stuck rotors, anything else to worry about? Any reason to do anything with brake lines or do they just stay attached to the caliper and out of the scope of work? How about the ebrake?

Well I'm going for it. Found one more guide below. I'll check back in as I go to see if anyone has any helpful info.

Did you check the index in the Articles and How to forum? I think there is a write-up there.
