I'm looking into a set of Nexen Roadian II AT. 265 70 R17. I have never heard of them but my tire guy is selling them now. He seems to like them and the price is good, 652.00 installed for all four. What do you think?

 

They are cheap tires but not the cheapest out there and the name certainly doesn't ring any bells, but they're a solid tire manufacturer. I was skeptical too at first back in 2006 when I was talked into buying a set of their Roadian HP's for a set of 24s. The tires held up really well - didn't wear fast and had excellent wet and dry traction. I had another set on some 22's, same thing - everything was great no complaints.

Of course I believe you get what you pay for so there are better tires out there, but im just saying they're not junk if that's what your asking...

Compared to shoes these tires might not be "Jordans" but they're not payless quality either. Just my 2 cents.

 

Thanks, that helps me alot. I had never heard of them either. Since I posted , I did a little research and they seem to be a descent tire.
