kmc wheels any good?

I'm deciding to lower the back of my truck to level it with the front. I was talking to my friend who owns a shop and he can get me some kmc black slides in 22s and shackle the truck for me for a good price. I like the way they look but would like some opinions. Also a guy told me that kmc is not a good wheel. Has anyone here have problems with this company?

kmc is a very popular wheel company and i think they're pretty good. i know many people in person that run them and there are many on this site that do. also i know of at least one person here running the slides. they look pretty good.

KMC's are great wheels. One of the reasons we decided to carry them is the quality of their finish. For a wheel in their price point, it's above average - and our buyers are REAL picky about it because we can't afford to have warranty issues a year down the road.

Please give me a call if interested. Thanks.

From my experience w/ my XD's they have a poor finish. They have minor pitting in them that isn't to noticable, but it still bothers me. They to pit 3 months after I had them. I use to wash it every weekend so I know they're wasn't enough brake dust to cause it.

I say go for it, I ran some rockstars way back and really liked them...the XD was a sticker on them and fell off after mudding one time was the only thing about them that bothered me. Your truck would look awesome with those in 22inch and a drop! thats what I would do.
