06 to 07 wheel size/bolt pattern change?

I have been looking on Craigslist and found a nice set of 18" Ford wheels from an 06 and I plan on putting them on my 07, I assume there would not be an issue with this but I just wanted to throw it out there for anyone to say otherwise.... Thanks guys, again, will wheels from an 06 fit an 07? Current truck - 07 FX4 Screw

Yes the wheels will fit. You will have to transfer the TPMS sensors over to the new wheels so you don't have the the light on all the time. Either that or buy another set.

Yes, 04-08 all use the same bolt patterns.

Pretty sure 09+ models use the same 6x135 pattern too.

They are. I am using a set of extra wheels from my 04 on my 09. Some wheels from the 04-08 will not work on the 09 up, but not because of pattern. Some hit the caliper on the side.
