I lifted my truck a few weeks back and have not yet driven it because it hasn't been aligned. I'm waiting to redo the rear lift with bigger blocks that are on the way. My question is if I get it aligned before putting in the new rear lift will it jepordize my alignment after the new blocks are put in place? Can anyone help me with this question.

 

Yes it will affect caster.
