Biggest 20" tire ??

I have an 01' F150 4x4 SCAB. I was thinking of going with some 20" XD Monsters, wanted to run a nitto mud grappler...what size can I fit with a 2" Torsion Key on the front??? I really wanna do this set up but can't find any info on the biggest 20" I can fit, a lil bit of scrub at lock I can deal with....at least till I get a real lift

Don't use after market torsion keys.just crank the stock ones to level the truck then a 33" or something equivalent on a twenty inch when.

I agree. I'd go with a 20x10 inch wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing and some 33x12.50's (305/55-20). You will have to trim some plastic off the front bumper's lower valance.

Sweet....33"s with nothing more than torsion bar cranking....I knew there was a reason I loved this truck the first time I saw it. Ok...now as far as the torsion bar cranking goes....tried it a lil while ago...and the bolts seem really stiff...I have played with other torsion bar suspensions before....I have a slammed out b series and I re-indexed them and cranked a lil, so I know that you have to jack the truck up to let the suspension relax...did all that and it just feels like there is a **** load of tension on them still....so do I need to take my c-clamp to the keys to take the tension off and then adjust them ??

No, you should not have to use a clamp. Ford puts locktite on them and there is probably some corrosion. I'd spray some penetrating oil on them.

ok thanks. I think I might just go ahead and take them out and grease the ends though...they are creaking...it's really annoying
