Angry What's this on my rims and how do I clean it off?

So today I decided to wash the truck. Usually the rims turn a dual grey color when I don't wash them, because of all the dirt. So today I was cleaning them like I normally do, and when I got to the last rim. (Passenger side rear rim) I noticed that it had some type of substance on it that would not come off. It is all around the lip of the rim and some on the rim itself. What do you guys think it is????? And what can I do to remove it????? Thanks

If you need more pics let me know, this crap on there is really bothering me!!

if the lip is polished it could be stained. i had a set of pacer warriors that looked just like that. i used some wheel cleaning products when the rims were still warm and it stained.

grab some wheel and tire cleaner....clean wheels

then wax and see if it comes off....if it doesn't come off by waxing then you might have done damage to the chrome on the wheels and require them to be re-finished.

Wax should take it off if its a surface stain.

Those wheel lips are polished, I believe. My Boss wheels had polished lips, no clear.

I'm new to the scene, i have a 2007 hd f150, and i'm looking to buy tires today. I still have the factory 22's, i think they're 22x9, and want to put nitto nt 420s 305/40/22 on there. Will i have any issues with size, look? I want flush. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
