Could use some help please, brake issue

I posted previously about P-boys not wanting to turn my factory rotors due to insufficient thickness. After going there with a digital caliper and asking them to show me how that can possibly be I was told my rotors will be turned and ready in 2 hours, with enough material left to turn them at least 1-2 more times if I like.
Picked up the rotors and re-installed on my 06' Lariat 4x4, pretty straight forward. Found one rear rotor slide with a slight build up of corrosion INside the caliper slide bolt, cleaned it and lubed it along with all the other slide points front and rear.

I had a friend help me bleed my brake fluid just to exchange the old fluid' it looked pretty dark. With the truck not running we get great pedal action and release. With the truck running we get the assist boost and a positive release on all four wheels.

My issue is this, I am having a horrendous shaking in both my seat and steering wheel when I touch the brake pedal. I took the time to bed the brakes with a slow run up to 20-30 mph and a constant pressure until almost stopped and let the discs cool for a mile or two and did it again for maybe 4-5 times.
I do not get any warning lights on the dash cluster.

I have maybe 400 miles on them by now and it does not appear to be improving over time.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Jack it up take off the wheel and put at least 2 lug nuts back on to hold the rotor. Spin the wheel and see what kind or run out you have.

Did it do this from the start or did it take a while to appear?

Has acted this way from day one when I re-assembled the brakes. I thought it was just the brake pads bedding in, now I am not so sure. It has not shown any signs of decreasing after 400 or so miles.

While it is jacked up check ball joints and your tie rod ends.

Sounds like they didn't turn them true.
