Im now looking at 22" Rockstars with a 305/40/22 Terra Grappler. I'll have a 2.5" leveling kit installed too. Will this rub at all? They're 9.5 wide and i want to try to keep the setup in line with the wheel wells so im guessing a +35 offset??

4x4 or 4x2? Honestly, I'd go a little larger. At least a 305/45-22.
But yes, a 305/40-22 would fit easily at stock height.

 

4x4. What offset should I be looking at to keep the setup flush with the wheel wells?

 

My 22x9.5's have 6.7 inches of backspacing and are basically flush.
