backspacing help.

im looking for new rims and tires. which im sure are going to be the KMC Monsters on a set of 33x12.50 Nitto Mud Grapplers. Im not completely against the tires sticking out, cause thats obvious, i just wanted to know what backspacing would keep em as close in as i could but not hit any suspension parts. thanks.

What year truck? On '04 up Generally people like a 9" wide rim with 5-6" bs...I think they make a 18x9 monster with 5.71" bs. That rim would stick out about 1.25" more than a stock 17/18.
