hows about WANDELL getting the title, "Wheel and Tire Fitment GOD"
That's a good effort, but sounds kinda ghey imo. The Wizard?JK!
If your referring to me wanting a title I couldnt care less I just think that people should be able to think for themselves and do a little research on their own before trusting what one individual thinks. That goes for myself as well. I have asked wandell for help multiple times and some it has been useful. I agree he does deserve some recognition, not trying to discredit him in anyway.
I think he deserves some kind of title on the site.
He seems to be willing to jump in and offer his advice whenever anyone asks a question about wheels and I haven't seen anyone post any negative comments about the advice he gives. I have no doubt he may have made some mistakes on some advice but no one is perfect.
I haven't been on here long but he did answer my post right away with the info I was looking for. I also have a 2008 Legacy GT and I like aftermarket wheels but I was given some "misinformation" on a Subaru site which lead me to get a set of wheels that did not look right and it took some begging to get the vendor to take back the wheels and give my the proper offset without charging me as they had already been mounted on the car. I wish there were some more knowledgable people on that site. As far as a comment about people thinking for themselves and doing their own research, well asking questions on a site devoted to what you drive is part of my research. I doubt that most people asking these questions will take his advice as gospel and do what he says. I think most like myself are using his advice as one more piece of the research puzzle.
