Yes, easily. Are you set on that size?

Yes, very easily.

And I am required to ask you to please get a bigger tire!

That tire is tiny (and per my research, unavailable, I assume you mean 285/65-18?), if it is the 285, then that will look ok, but the 305/65-18 would be the pinnacle IMO if you are set on BFG AT's.

Well i was considering alot of options. I was thinking about going with the wider tire but in the total cost it would be 220 dollars more to do that. With this tire i will gain a inch in height. Do you think this will look bad? Did i mess up?

That is the stock size on a 4x4 with 18'' rims. I think you will wish you got bigger tires.....so you have already ordered?

I would go a little bigger than a 275/65/18. That came stock on my truck and seems small. You could go to a 285/65/18 and shouldn't have issues. I have the 305/65/18 on my truck with a 2" level and have no rubbing. However, I am using the stock 18" wheels which have a different backspacing than your XD wheels.

I still think with a level kit that tire will look small, here is mine with the level kit and the stock tires which are just a tad smaller than those you listed.

Those will look alright...there is actually a couple folks recently that put 275/70's on stock rims and I was impressed at how much bigger than stock they actually look. Good choice on rims by the way.

Dog'em, truck is almost identical to mine, I think you actually just convinced me to go ahead and get the leveling kit put on before long.....stock tires and leveling kit don't look soo bad...

Go for it Hawg ! I actually drove mine for about a year that way trying to decide on wheels and tires. It actually didn't look that bad but once you go big it's hard to go back. I finally sold the tires and now looking to sell the rims.

That tire is a true 33 but the only thing, you may wish you had gone wider. Think it will look fine.

You should be okay, the more aggressive tread pattern will help make them look bigger.
