No damage. That's not small enough to make any difference. If you want to feel better about it though, put the spare on the front. Then you have nothing at all to worry about and can run it indefinitely...that's what I'd do.
If you need to ask, you don't run different diameter tires on the rear axle due to the LS. You don't want the two wheels trying to turn at different speeds...which is what will happen with two different diameter tires on the same axle. Front doesn't matter at all as long as 4WD is not engaged since each side is freewheeling.
