I recently got my oil changed at the dealership and they gave me that checksheet that said my tires and brakes where good, or so I thought!

Had a horrible squeeling and grinding sound start when I braked so I took off the pads and to my dismay they where completely worn down! Why would the dealer say they were ok??

 

You didn't take it in at the end of the day on a Friday did you? Thats a bad time to get anything done . But yeah they should have caught that, and at least told you.

 

last oil change they told me everything was good got home checked brake fluid low. wife carried her expy once and they told her she needed an airfilter so i pulled in and asked to see it, adviser said the tech had thrown it away, i told him his tech better get his *** in the dumpster cause it was a k&n needless to say the advisers mouth freakin dropped.
