I appologize for the faded fender flares. Those will be fixed very soon. I have lots that I want to do in the next week. Paint the headlights with new chrome turn signals, night shade the tails, line-x the step rails and tool box, paint all emblems black and get new overlays. Most if not all should be done in the next couple of weeks. BTW the rims are 18x9, the tires are Toyo Open Country MTs 33x12.50 18

I'm going to paint them. I've seen people do it on the vehichle or take them off and paint them. If I can figure out how to take them off I would prefer that way, although I've never looked to see how easy it is.

KR-Texas painted his on the truck.
PTM FX4 Fender Flares

I painted mine too, but I took them off.
Herres how:
Theres about 5 plastic push pins on the under side of each flare that you need to cut off. I don't think you will be able to save them. You can get new push pins from Autozone, Part# Doorman 799-135 (15 pack). Theres also a 3 pack, but I forgot the part #. I needed 32 because I also took off the plastic parts behind the flares too.

Then theres 2 bolts in the front by the bumper that you need to take off and then the rest plugs that you can get off with some needle nose. I got some pics in my album of it.
PM me if you have any questions

Look good lets see those day pics!

Why did you have to replace a control arm for a bad ball joint?

Thanks for the replies guys. Yogi, I will definitely do that when it comes time to paint them, thanks. AZFX4, they told be that the ball joints coming on the truck from the factory arent serviceable. But once I replace with an aftermarket upper control arm, if the ball ball joints do go bad, I can then swap them out for new ones.
Sorry, I havent had time to post daytime pics. I have my kids during the day which makes cleaning the truck kind of hard. I will try to wash it at the fire station tomorrow and get some pics.
