I can't decide!!!!!

This is final price...mounted balance everything....

35x12.50x17 Pro Comp AT----982
BFG at 315/70r17--------1100

Dunlop maxx tractions----990
Kumho KL78-----815
RF10 hankook----1050

All 35x12.50 or 315/70

Are The pro comps better than the Dunlop's? What would you guys do?

Me too. But i think those Dunlops are lookin pretty good, just don't know anything about them. And you can't beat the price on the kumho's. I want one that i can get some serious miles out of but still be aggressive.

YES. they are.

stick with pro comp, bfg. unless you want a tire that last 20,000 miles then go with the dunlop. hancook and kuhmo arent as bad but not anywhere quite as good as the procomp or bfg.

cant stress enough, procomp or bfg!

I like those two the best foresure. It'll prolly be the procomps but i don't really think the regular at's are worth that much, heck i can get the extreme mud terrain for a tiny bit more, but i'm afraid they'd wear out faster. The Kumho's are cheap and tempting to tell you the truth, i think you can get like 45k out of them maybe.

See, i haven't really heard too much about the pro comp a/t's. What kind of "bad" stories have you heard about them? BFG's are so dang expensive.

Yeah that's what scares me about spending so much on tires. I've even had a friend get less than 30-35k out of bfg a/t's. but i had them a long time ago one of my trucks and they wore like a champ and they are known to wear good so i don't know why his wore so crappy.

poor maintenance will kill a tire fast plain and simple. its a big leap buying new tires and even big ones like we have. thats why im running used right now. 300 for a set (1 new) to give me time till i can get a full new set in a yr or so cant go wrong imo

True.
I wouldn't mind doing that either, but i'm having troubles hunting down a used set of 35's for a 17" rim. I'm itchin to get some rubber too!
