Need help choosing brakes

I have a 2008 f150 and I tow a 6500 LB camper, I am looking for a brake and rotor combo. I don't know what to go with dimpled/slotted or cross drilled. Also is it worth it to go with ceramic pads. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I would say set a budget and shop around at some of the top name brands out there for good performance. EBC, Baer, PowerSlot, Hawk, etc all offer stock replacement stuff that work great and improve feel. If you don't want fancy rotors, save your money and turn the stock ones.

You mentioned your trailer so be honest about your expected gains. Only three things are truly going to increase performance and/or capability...larger diameter rotors, better calipers, and stainless brake lines. Anything else (hyped up pads, slotted/cross drilled/dimpled rotors) may increase feel but are not overwhelmingly goIng to increase stopping capability.
