ABS light

'04 F150 FX4. Battery died, washed off corrosion with BS charged for 3 hours. Fired up, but now the ABS light is on and the ABS system appears to not be working. Checked the fuse and it looks ok. Any help??

Keep an eye on the battery. Who's to say a charge doesn't just delay the enevidable. When my ABS light was on, it was the sensor on the rear end housing, cheap and easy to fix. I do have the Ford Factory Manuals for my year truck listing procedures to test each sensor and I did that. Can't say you'll have the same readings. My old Lady's Explorer is acting up with the ABS, I'm at a loss and soon will take it to the dealer to be diagnosed. Once they tell me the code, I have the big manuals for it to, fixing corresponding part. I'd get the code it gives, and get the part or have them do it.

ABS light

I forgot to mention, the battery did die completely the next day. Replaced the battery, light still on.
