So I'd you actually see these wheels in person? Because it looks like the black area starts deep but then pokes out to be equal with the chrome area.

 

???? Not clear on your question. Several on this site have the 313's on Fords and for my year, the 22 is 22x 9.5 with a 6x135 bolt pattern and 6.75 b.space........no other choice, so I've seen plenty in pictures and one locally. I like them.......was my first choice

 

Looks like the spokes of the inside rim start back, and then the center seems to pop out, hard to explain on what I'm trying to help picture.
