I have 180,000 miles on my '98 and I can hardly stand the warped rotors anymore. Already turned them once. I've decided to get new rotors, pads, wheel bearings, fluid flush, and am considering overhauling the calipers. Has anyone ever done a caliper overhaul? I'm guessing that a cylinder hone and new o-rings would do it, but I've never tried. I'm a decent shadetree mechanic... worth trying it? What would i need?

BTW, the truck runs like a CHAMP at 180k (do your maintenance, kids), trans too, just pulsates when stopping. (with a little brake squeek).
