mblouir, trust me...the heads up are appreciated.

For my piece of mind, I just called Readylift directly. They told me that they "endorse" certain tire/rim/kit combos and that the combo I am proposing will work perfect with a 2" kit...using the 285/65 tire. On the other hand, they said I would definitely need the 3" kit if I jump up to the 295/70 tire. I'm going to give my local guy a complete headache and tell him this.......try the 2" kit and 285/65; if that doesn't work slap on the 3" kit and try the 295/70. I'll probably have to tip these guys before it's all over

Maybe but its worth a short term headache (and possible tip) to make sure you get what you want. How often do you do this?
