I took them off before winter and the wheels are perfect. The tires have about 1500 miles on them so I'm thinking a bit more than $600 lol.

I have the exact setup you are looking for. 20 inch rockstars with 33x12.5 toyo mt's. The offset is +10 and sticks out 1.5 - 2 inches. I took some pics today actually and would post them for you if I knew how.
