Need help wheels and tires

I have a 2010 F-150 Platinum, with a 2" leveling kit (not sure what brand dealer installed). I would like to put on a set of Diamo 17 Karat wheels either 20x10 with a set of Toyo AT's 305/55/20 or 18x10 with 325/60/18. Both wheels have a -12 offset and 5.03 backspace. My question is will either of these fit with out rubing. I also am looking for that offroad look with the tires a little out past the fender lip, will i get that with this set up.
THANKS FOR ANY HELP

Both wheels will stick out 3 inches farther than your OEM wheels. If you have a 4x4, those combo's will fit, but you may have to do some minor trimming. Personally, I'd try to find a 9 inch wide wheel with 5 inches of backspacing (which would only stick out 2 inches farther than stock).

When you say a little trimming, what exactly would be getting trimmed? On a 9" rim with a 5" BS what would the offset be?

They will rub. my -12 offset and 305/55/20 Terras do. I only have a 9 inch wheel.. Im with wandall, id look into a 9 inch wide wheel personally ,but there are plenty of people that run the setup you are talking about. Heres mine for a reference. Oh and the trimming is just on the black plastic on the lower bumper.

That wheel will stick out 2.5 inches farther than your OEM wheels.

That is the look I'm looking for, your truck look great. That wheel was one of my first choices. But my dealer is telling me that they are discountinuing that wheel.
If that is the only place it is going to rub, and that is all I have to trim. I can live with that. Wandel and Big Smokey thanks for you help.
