My 07 needs brakes...any suprises????

I've done quite a few Ford Brakes both front & rear over the years. Are there any surprises or different things on a 2007 XLT 4X4 I should know about? 37K miles. Probably gonna do them tomorrow as we need it Christmas day.

I have my pads for front & rear, fluid, brake cleaner, tools, BrakeQuiet if needed. Jacks, impact wrench for wheels. Anything else?

Using Thermo Quiets for front and Performance Friction for rear since they didn't have the Thermos for rear. Thanks to all.

Well did my brakes this morning and NO problems what so ever. THE easiest I've ever done bar none. I had all 4 wheels done in well under 2 hours taking my time.

Thermo's on front and Friction Performance for rear. We'll see how they last. Spent more time taking wheels on and off and torquing nuts them than the brake work did.

I did my brakes and it was as easy as you say. I really like the Thermos on the front because of the low brake dust. Enjoy!!
