33.5x13.50 on 18x9?

Will these fit without sticking out too far? The backspacing is 5.47 with a -12mm offset. The tires are 33.5x13.50x18 with a 3" lift.

Those wheels will stick out about 1.5 inches farther than your OEM wheels. A 33x13.50 will fit your truck if you have a 4x4. If it's a 4x2 you will have to do some trimming or choose a narrower tire.

Haha sorry, I guess I should have specified. The truck is an 04 FX4, and I already have the lift and those tires (Terra Grapplers) but they're on the stock wheel. And they don't stick out at all really. I think 1.5" might look kind of good. What do you think of the wheel I chose? Have any other suggestions?

I think I've decided to go with these instead

5.71" offset, and 18mm of backspacing.

I understand offset, but what will the backspacing affect? That offset and bs should still give it a good 1.5" out right? I like the wide look, but not too wide.

RIght. BS and offset are just two different ways of measuring the same thing.

you might want to consider running a 12.5" width , b/c i have a feeling 5.71 backspacing and a 13.5" width tire is gunna rub on the control arm, especially if your gunna run a mud tire with large side lugs.

Well I'm running that same tire on my stock wheels, and have no rubbing problems right now. So wouldn't having wider wheels be better?

wider wheels would make the rubbing worse, and i dont think its good to run a 13.5 width tire on stock wheels. Most people say 12.5 width is pushing it on stock wheels

Well, we'll see what happens when I get home and throw em on. The tires on my truck are brand new, so I'd hate to replace them already. But if I have to then I guess I will. If it comes down to that, can't I fit like a 35x11.50 with 3 inches of lift?

I think the extra 1.5 inches of width on the 18x9's will more than make up for the 0.21 inch increase in BS.
