front wheel locked up

So a little history... a couple months ago my passenger wheel sheared off and the front of the truck dropped to the ground. I ended up replacing a rim, wheel hub and bearing and lower ball joint.

Fast forward to today. I took a trip to show some christmas lights to my kids and when I was exiting the freeway and coming to a stop it felt like I hit a washboard. I went around the block and when rolling everything seemed fine until I hit the brakes and it did it again.

I looked and cannot find anything loose. I had my wife put the truck in drive to get it to roll so I could see what was going on and the truck did not move. She gave it gas and I watched the front wheel skip. Kind of like it was locked and the teeth gave way.

Do you think the new hub is bad? What else could it be? Abs? Iwe?

OK so apparently I over reacted

I pulled that corner apart today and found that one of my caliper bolts had backed out and came off. This caused the caliper to swing and basically lock against the rim which caused the skippings.

Luckily there was no real damage done. I was able to get a new bolt and re-installed and put some blue loctite on there so this doesnt happen again.
