Axle Swap Brake Problem

I have a 2000 F150 I just did a SAS to (converting a 2x2 to a 4x4).

Problem – Soft brake peddle. I can’t pump them up like I have air in the lines, they stop just a low soft peddle. I bled the brakes over and over and still not any better. Have a new master cylinder and no leaks.

Stock brakes - Was disc (dual piston) up front and rear drums.

Current brakes – Now has 1979 F150 Dana 44 (single piston) disc up front and stock rear drums.

Was told I will have a different feeling between the single piston caliber and the dual piston caliber.

Any idea why my peddle is soft????

Thanks
