Brake issues....ARGHH

Put new rotors and pads on the wife 07 screw and it still pulsates when i slow down.
Don't know what the problem could be, went to napa for the front rotors and wagners themaquiets for the pads, greased up the moving parts and torqued everything to spec. It brakes great, but still has a shimmy to it.
Any ideas from the brake experts???

The problem is in the rear brakes now. Check them if they still can be resurfaced. Min. thickness is 18.5. I have done so many of these also caused by the rear rotors. Also make sure you dont get the rotors dirty with grease. Grease will cause this problem when braking.

Her truck just flipped 40k and the rears have never been done. I did check for grooves on the surface and they seem like new.
Did a search before posting up and someone mentioned that maybe the slides needed to be cleaned \regreased or maybe the caliper is hanging up. Anyway to check for these or what do you think ?

I was very careful about keeping the surface clean. Just to be sure , can i take just the wheel off and spray brake cleaner around the mounted caliper?
