Wheel Diameter question

Does anyone know the wheel diameter for the Saleen 23" wheels with 305 40 23?

Do you mean the diameter of 305/40-23 tire? They are approximately 33 inches tall. You can find the exact height on the tire manufacturer of your choice's website.
