Leveling Kit Question...

I put a 2 1/2 inch leveling kit on my 2005 Ford F150 about 2 years ago. When I did this I removed the splash shields on the front that cover up the coil springs/shocks. I wanted to know if with the leveling kit on now if I can put them back on. The reason I ask is because I threw them away when I put the kit on the truck a few years ago and I wanted to get some new ones from Ford. These are not the mud flaps these are the splash shields that go inside the wheel well.

Any info would be much appreciated!

Are you talking about the inner fender liner?

Why would you remove that? You merely have to push it out of the way to get to the top bolts.

Yes you can, and SHOULD run with the plastic inner fender liner with a leveling kit. Helps to keep the electronics dry...

Now that I think of it I am not sure why I removed them and trashed them. Now I have to spend about 90 bucks from Ford for some new ones. Thanks for the reply!
