I need help i need to no if 04-08 wheels will fit 09 f150's

They should bolt up fine. 6x135 bolt pattern.

now you no the chrome 18" wheels that come stock on the 2005-2008 xtr package tow will fit 2?

You should be ok... If the bolt pattern is the same (which it would have to be) you should be good to go.
