I used Dupli-Color Adhesion promoter Primer. Then Rust-Oleum High Performance Wheel paint in Flat Black. Then Rust-Oleum High Performance Wheel Clear. Thanks for the comments.

I will try to take some side pics tomorrow, thanks glad I did them. Eventually I wanna go with the rockstars, maybe next summer
