Okay i'm thinking about putting black rims on my truck. They've always been chrome and i just want to try something new. Anyone have any ideas on some sick black rims? i need some ideas. And I'd like your input on if black would look good or not.

i have an 01 f150 5x135 bolt pattern and ive been looking for black rims myslef for the winter and there is hardly anything out there ive been to a bunch of places and no luck ive found like 3 or 4 options and i havent liked any yet let me know if you find anything good

I got them through a local shop back in NorCal. They are a little pricey but if you make a few phone calls and talk to the right people, they come down considerably.

I like these too but haven't ever looked into them, nor have I seen anyone on here with them. That may indicate that they don't come in a proper BS/OS/bolt pattern for our trucks in various set-ups. With that being said..

 

I think Black wheels look sick. I have black wheels on teh Stang and want some for the FX. I notice a lot of dudes on here rock *I believe* the 7005's, and the Rockstars. I rally dig both but people will say they are played out. Well I've never seen them in person only on teh net so I still may go with one of those. Maybe.

 

Dark, I would have to say the Rockstars are more played than the 7005s. I would maybe submit the black MM951s to the played category as well; but hey, if YOU like them, who cares if they are played? I really like the 7005s, and that may be what I go with, played or not. I don't need to be the coolest guy in town, just my block.
