I have a few tires I need to decided on. first I have a 06 Scew 4X4 and it has stock 20'' wheels . I do very little off road stuff . Maybe 6 times a year to get firewood and get to a fishing spot . I live in eastern Iowa and we do see our fair share of heavy snow .

1) BFG Mud Terrain T/A KM2
2) BFG All-Terrain T/A KO

My question is should I stay away from a tire like the KM2's that is designed more for off road use and go with a tire that is designed for both ? I like the looks of the KM2's more.

both are rated pretty close and are just a few bucks difference.

My plan is to go with 305/55/20 . I have a Hellbent 2 1/2 leveling kit on the way .

Also what are your opinions on **** Cepek Tires ? I found some of them in the same size and are a little cheaper .

I'd go with the AT's. THe AT KO's and DC FC II's would be excellent choices.

get the KM2s and be the boss. Im going with a 305/65/17 BFG Mud Terrian. Honestly for the money your might as well get the mudders

 

I love my KM2s, ride great on the road and kick *** on the dirt. Haven't had them in snow yet

 

Looks like the vote is 2-2 and with me making the deciding vote it will be the BFG Mud Terrains .

Unless someone points out a very good reason not to .
