Please help me.

I have an '05 F-150 2 wheel drive STX with the 17" stock rims. What is the biggest size tire i can fit on here with out changing anything but taking off the old tires and putting on the new ones?

Thanks, 2wd

I'd go with a 265/70-17 (32x10.50) but you could probably squeeze a 285/70-17 (33x11.50) on there.

I think Wandell is right on this. A guy who works at the NTB near my house has a NBS reg cab with 285/70/17 BFG’ s on it with no rubbing.

A lot depends on the wheel you use. If you use the OEM wheels, I'd suggest a 305/65-17 (33x12.50), 285/70-17 (33x11.50), or a 295/70-17 (34x12.00).
