35's and 3" Lift

Will I be able to run 315/75R16 on 16x10 rims with a 3" body lift without doing any trimming or torsion bar cranking? I have a 2003 FX4 Ext Cab. And how hard is it to put a PA lift 3" body lift on? Is there any videos showing it anywhere, I loooked and cant find any?

Yes, you will need to crank up the torsion bars and trim some plastic off the front bumper's lower valance for clearance. It's not that big a deal. Also, you will have to trim using 10 inch wide wheels regardless of whether you use 33's or 35's. I have pics in my gallary with both.
Also, a body lift is not that hard to install. It's just time consuming tedious work.
