guys need help!

My truck 2005 2wd ext cab. The other day I was coming home from church and out of the blue, my truck started vibrating like crazy. I mean my windshield wipers were literally vibrating off my windshield. The steering wheel, gas pedal, floor pan, front seat, basically the whole front end felt like it was going to rattle off. First thought, flat tire but when I pulled over, I couldnt find anything. Jumped back in and everything seemed to quit. When I got home, I could smell something burning from the rear of the truck. Upon inspection, the rear drivers side tire was hot. I mean the actual tire, rim, and obvioulsy around the rotor was extremely hot. There is a massive amount of brake dust compared to the front tires and passenger tire. I took the truck to the shop and up til this point I have replaced, caliper, brake hose, rotors trued, and bearings inspected. I have not had an episode of vibrating like before but I have vibraiton between 40-50 mph in steering and pedal.(not as violent but still very bad) The further I drive, the more it vibrates and at all speeds and the tire wheel etc is extremely hot. I have taken this truck to Ford, local shops etc with no success. I am ready to drive this pos off the hill. Sorry so long but I really need help.

I found a tsb in Alldata that seems relevant. TSB08-11-1 Taken straight from Alldata:
"ISSUE
Some 2004-2008 F-i 50 (excludes Heritage) and 2006-2008 Mark LT vehicles may exhibit an intermittent vibration or shudder from the rear of the vehicle typically at speeds 45 MPH (72 Km/h) and higher. This may be caused by the parking brake remaining partially engaged. Affected vehicles were produced at: Dearborn Truck Plant before 2/13/2008, Kansas City Assembly Plant before 2/18/2008 and all 2004-2007 vehicles produced at Norfolk Assembly Plant."
The fix is to replace both parking brake actuators and the cable on the affected side. Hope this helps.
