325/65/18'S, Will they fit?

I have a 2008 FX4 Supercab with a 2" leveling kit and 305/65/18 BFG AT's. I have seen alot of local trucks running 35's. I am wondering how close a 325/65/18 BFG A/T will be to the 35/12.50/18. I really like the BFG A/T, in fact every truck I have ever owned had them on it. I am on my 7th F-150!Any help is appreciated.

That's around a 35x13.50 tire, seen it done on stock wheels. Not on aftermarket wheels and there's probably a reason for that.

I've got 325/60/18s and had to trim a very minor amount on the valance and fender wells, but that's with 4.5" backspacing

But to answer your question if your just wondering how close it is to a 35x12.50, it's wider. Use a metric tire size calculator online to figure out what it's equivalent to

I think the 325x65's will be a little too wide and may give you some rubbing problems with only a leveling kit. Lifted 6 inches would be the way to go. I'd stick with the 305x65's or go with a 35x12.5 tire.

Thats the first tire I tried on my 09 on a 18x9 with 5" backspace. It didnt come close to working. We tried them on stock FX4 rims and the bubbled out so bad it rubbed the upper control arms. IMO you need to stay close but not over a 35x12.5 on a wheel as close to stock as possible

Yeah, I love the look of the 35's, but everything I see in 35's is a mud terrain, plus I like the BFG All Terrains too much. Here in the mountains of West Virginia, it seems like a mud tire on a half ton truck doesnt do too well in the snow, I dont think the truck is heavy enough.

Does anyone on here have pics of 325/65/18's? I would even like to see more pics of

Also, any of you running 35/12.50/18's, what kind of fuel mileage do you get? I asked a guy I work with what he got on his crew cab with 35's and he said around 8 to 8.5 mpg. I get 14 around the city with the 305's now, and they are 10ply tires.

If you had 17" wheels you could run the 315x70x17 BFG AT's (35x12.5x17) on the OEM stocker's or aftermarket ones with close to stock specs.
