Buy some 17x10 inch wheels with 4.5 inches of backspacing. Those wheels will stick out 2.5 inches farther than your OEM wheels.

The nbs has more room to work with than the 97-03 doeshope they work out and if they don't fit perfect you can always make them fitm

I'm just wondering how he's getting 35's on a stock 00. Never heard of them fitting. I think wandell has 35's with a 3" body and cranked t-bars

I've seen several stock 97-03 F-150 4x4's fit 35x12.50's. The secret is to use the OEM wheels, just like the 04-09's. Lostyone50 says he has "oru runner fenders" so I assumed he is refering to aftermarket flared prerunner style fenders. Those should give him a lot of fender clearance if they are like alll of the ones I've seen.
