Deciding on new tires

This is my first post here. I have a 2001 Ford F150 with the 4.2l V6(if you couldn't tell by the name ) 2wd. I'm lowered about 3" in the back and stock height up front. I'm running 245/45-20(28.xx" tire) up front and 255/45-20(29" tire) in the back but I want a bigger tire. I was looking at 305/50-20(32" tire) and I was just wondering if I was going to have any issues with this size. It seems that I can fit the 32" height, but I'm not sure about the 12" width. Any help would be awesome. Thanks in advance!

I don't have a lot of info on fitment for the lowered 97-03 4x2's, but the Harley editions were lowered one inch over stock F-150's and they came with 275/55-20. A 305/50-20 may be pushing it but a 285/50-20 or 295/50-20 should fit. My guess is the 305's will fit unless you have a weird backspacing on your wheels.

Thank you for being the only one to reply. From my understanding you are the tire wiz. My backspacing is about the same as the stock wheel.
