Wheel Problem

Need some info please....
Yesterday morning on the way to base i sheared off two of my wheel studs and lost a lug nut on one of the others. Now the one that lost the lug is rounded out into an oblong shape. I got the wheel studs replaced and am now just worried that that oblong hole might cause some problems.

Should I worry about replacing the wheel or will it be fine as long as the lug is on tight? I have to drive it out of Alaska back to the lower 48 in Nov and I want to make sure that I am good to go.

What do y'all think?

Thanks

The hole in the wheel is oblong?

I would pull the wheels and inspect them along with the studs and lugs. Can't be too careful with that kind of stuff, even if it means buying new wheels. Sounds like your lugs weren't properly torqued at your last rotation.
