Not if you have a 4x4. If you have a 4x2, I'd add a 2 or 2.5 inch leveling kit.

Its an 05 fx4. I have a 2" a.s. leveling kit. I was running 285 75 18 toyo mts for awhile, check out my gallery you will like em. They never rubbed ever. I loved those tires, but my gas mileage and hp hated them, so I sold them.. I am still sad but hey gotta go with something new now, lol! So I want to keep 32-33" tire hieght, but I want them wide, I prefer the low/wide look better. After reviewing choices it seem my wallet cant go for the 305 65 18 bfg's at's, so had to do next best choice and 400 less for the 305 60 18.
I am thinking this right, or making a bad choice?

A 305/60-18 is essentially a 33x12.50 tire and the 305/65-18's are basically a 34x12.50. Either tire will fit/work fine and would be an excellent choice.

Going from a 35" tire to stock sure makes it feel tiny, lol! I got a call from discount tire, they are giving me a pretty good deal for the 305 60 18's 864.00, free shipping, So I just paid for them, the next choice was 400.00 after shipping so I had to do these, just made more sense. I'll post pics when they are on.
wandell as always, thanks for the help!!
