can't decide....leveled FX2: 33's on 20's or 18's???

i've got an 07 Black F150 FX2 4dr
it has a leveling kit on it and i have got to get these wheels/tires off of it.
i'm pretty set on the Nitto Terra Grapplers on a set of Chrome MM951's or Black ProComp 7005's

Today my roommate and i were talking after i went around getting prices, and i can't decide if i want the 20x9's or the 18x9's?

for the 20's i'd get the 305/50/20 and for the 18's i've been told the 285/65/18 is the proper tire

My truck doesn't go off road (obv, or i woulda gotten a 4x4), i do use it to tow my open trailer with my Cobra on it so i'm wanting this setup to give it a beefier/meaner look to it without the offroad/4x4 lifted look and i think the 33" tire setup on a chrome wheel is going to give me the exact look that i want. for those of you that have either of these setups (not just the 951's, but any chrome 18/20") please post pics and your opinions of each size on your truck.

also, i've seen a couple pics of the 951's where some look to have a bigger lip than others.....info on this?

WIth a 33 inch tire, I'd stick with 18 inch wheels.

I think with it being the FX2 I would rather see the 20's on it. They will not look quite as beefy as the 18 with 33 as you will have more rubber, but on an FX2 I would rather see the sportier look.

go with the 20's....18 is too small of a wheel IMO

I have 20x9 with 33x12.5x20 Toyo MT's....was thinking about the nitto as well if I got an all terrain.

I'd go with 20's with its not an off-road truck

I love my coopers! Very aggresive looking and suprisingly quiet, not silent, but quiet. I got about 8,000 on them now and they seem to be holding up fine. Good ride also. I went with the 305/50/20 for basically two reasons. The first was price, the 55 was another $80 a tire for just another inch. Second, the 55 was a LT tire and I was afraid it might ride rougher. However I do wish mine were a little taller. They make a 275/65/20 but I like the wider style. Maybe by the time I need new ones they will offer taller sizes. I really like the look of the 325/60/20 that mrextreme posted. But your truck being an FX2 I think either would be good.

i was just looking at your gallery and it said you were viewing this thread, glad you posted...yeah, for what i use the truck for, i think that'll be the best choice. i tow my cobra on a trailer with the truck so these have an all around great look, good performance, not loud, good load rating, and the price is awesome!
any pics from the front?

18 inch wheels will allow a greater payload capacity and a greater tow capacity... It's your choice but I would choose the 18" wheels...
