Converting drum to disc question ?

Converting drum to disc question ?
I have a 2001 f-150 that has disc on the front and rear drums. How much of a hassle/money would be involved with switching the rear drums to disc? Shouls I redue the fronts or leave them alone? What would be your recomendations? I would appreciate some advice..thanks
